Nacogdochestreepros.com ("Nacogdoches Tree Pros," "we") is an independent referral service that connects homeowners and landowners in the Nacogdoches, Texas area with an independently owned local tree service company. We are not the service provider. Nacogdoches Tree Pros is operated by Apex Development Group USA LLC.
When you call our number or submit the quote form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, property location, and your description of the job. Calls to our tracking number log the caller's number, time, and duration. We do not record calls. Standard web analytics may collect anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type).
One purpose: to connect you with the independent local tree service company that will quote your job. Your contact details and job description are shared with that company so they can call you about your request. We do not sell your information to lead lists, brokers, or advertisers, and we do not share it with multiple companies for the same request.
Texting is separate and optional. On the quote form you may check a box to consent to receive text messages. If you check that box, Nacogdoches Tree Pros may send you SMS text messages about your own quote request, such as a confirmation that a local crew will call you and occasional follow-up about that request. You are not required to agree to texts to use our service.
We do not share the phone number you provide for text messaging with any third party, and we do not use it for third-party marketing. The optional SMS consent applies only to messages sent by Nacogdoches Tree Pros to you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect the phone call from the local tree service company. See our SMS Terms for full details.
To have your information removed from our records, email us at the address below or say so when the crew contacts you. The independent company's own use of your information after introduction is governed by their practices.
